The Australian College of Children and Young People’s Nurses (ACCYPN) 2026 Conference, will be held 1–2 October 2026 at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Victoria.

Full Conference Inclusions

Conference dinner,  (Thursday evening), Thursday & Friday Conference Sessions, Arrival Tea & Coffee, Morning & Afternoon Tea and Lunch.  

PLUS For non-members, registration includes 12 months ACCYPN Membership from the time of registration.

Day Registration Inclusions

Inclusions: One (1) x full day Conference Session, Conference Pack, Arrival Tea & Coffee, Morning & Afternoon Tea and Lunch. 

PLUS For non-members, registration includes 3 months ACCYPN Membership commencing prior to the conference.

Terms and Conditions

Changes & Cancellations
All requests for changes and cancellations to registrations need to be emailed to events@accypn.org.au.

Registration Cancellation Policy – Full Conference and Day Registrations 

Registration can be transferred to another person. Please forward all details in writing to the Conference Managers event@accypn.org.au

  • For any cancellation of registration between 150-90 days of the Conference, the registration fee will be refunded less a $200.00 administration fee.
  • For any cancellation of registration within 90-45 days of the Conference, the registration fee will be refunded less a $300.00 administration fee.
  • For any cancellation of registration within 44-0 days of the Conference, the full registration fee will be non-refundable.

Registration Upgrade from Day Registration In-Person to Full Registration  

Registration can be upgraded at any time following registration from Day Registration to Full Registration.  The fee for upgrade will be based on the original registration date.

Registration Cancellation Policy – Master Class
Registration can be transferred to another person. Please forward all details in writing to the Conference Managers.

  • For any cancellation of registration between 180-150 days of the Conference, the registration fee will be refunded less a $35.00 administration fee.
  • For any cancellation of registration between 150-90 days of the Conference, the registration fee will be refunded less a $45.00 administration fee.
  • For any cancellation of registration within 90-45 days of the Conference, the registration fee will be refunded less a $55.00 administration fee.
  • For any cancellation of registration within 44-0 days of the Conference, the full registration fee will be non-refundable.
